Jeep 2024 Wrangler Doors Not Opening

Jeep 2024 Wrangler Doors Not Opening. I figured it was locked, so i tried to unlock it from the outside. I can manually turn on the interior lights with the button on the dome but they will not come on when i open any of the doors.

I replaced the dome light and fuses and. I’ve found that opening the doors almost all the way without the safety strap at the bottom attached lets the doors come off very easily.
